Is there a way to force/trigger a sync to Quickbooks Online?

I've made a bunch of changes to leads and added client payments.
IO hasn't synced yet with QBO. It's the old version of the lead that shows in QBO still.
Is there a way to trigger IO to sync with QBO without having to wait for the regular scheduled sync?

No, unfortunately, you have to wait for the sync to play catch up :/
