Why would a lead come in today that was send on 5/9/24 for an event 5/24/24. why would it come again

It looks like booking attempt notifications were sent for this lead. This means the customer was attempting to book from the Quote Confirm page.

If the customer still has access to the quote confirm page link, they can still click the book now button, but per your settings they will not be able to autobook.
