Help with setting up payments

I currently charge a credit card surcharge or they can pay in full by zelle.
I want to be able to offer the partial payment/deposit option but only with a surcharged credit transaction, not zelle. (I don't want to deal with any partial payments via zelle basically. But I also do not want to continue requiring 100% at booking). Is there a way to limit the deposit/partial payment option to credit card only?
