Can we change information requested to employees when the register to the worker site ?

Also, there is a field that ask for their mobile phone carrier. Is that important ? if so, can we change the carriers list as there are not the same in Canada

And finally, can we translate the field names ?

We cannot change what is sent or translate at this time. You may want to send an email to workers with the info you want filled out and fill out the worker profile yourself? Another option is to add fields in the Optional fields for workers? The mobile carrier isn't super important but fill out if you can.
