Online quoting / alert when autobooking is prevented
Answered
When our autobooking rules prevent a customer from booking, a variable (*alert_messages_html*) in the Quote Confirm template throws up a red box with a message to the customer (see attached screenshot). Is there a way to edit the language in that box? Thanks!

Hi Jen. Sorry, I should have been more specific. What we want to do is to change the wording of the alert to something other than "Someone will contact you shortly." Is that something we can do from our end?
