Making Contract Invalid

We've had a few customers who has last minute inquiries who failed to execute the contract when it was sent. For instance we might have told them that the deadline was yesterday at 5PM, but they signed and paid today. Because they had the contract link (instead of book now link) they were able to complete the transaction. I was wondering if there was a way that we could have an expiration date on the contract so if they are unable to sign after that date.


For us this mostly has to due with logistical issues. If we've set them up for overnight shipping and they confirm the next day, we no longer have the ability to deliver on time, but the client how has an executed contract from us, and we have their money. Any thoughts on this would be great. I'm certain we're not the only ones dealing with clients like this!

You can set up an automation to downgrade the status of a lead from contracted to quoted after a set amount of days
