clock in time clock

Time clock is not working for two workers that Have iPhones. one worker John Frank has the
iPhone se 3rd gen. it is giving an error to share location. usually there is a link or pop up to do this. we cannot find it under settings. location is turned on. what can I do? thanks

Hi Ryan,
This sounds like it's an iPhone setting. Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services -> select which app you are using for clocking in/clocking out, select "When Using the App" or "Always Allow"
If this is from the Browser of his choice, he can follow these settings but select "Safari Websites" or whichever browser being used and select "While Using the App"
