Is this happening or am I missing something?
I feel like sometimes people are requesting a quote for multiple items that *are* available, and meet all the guidelines that I've set. Then, they pull the quote and change things (perhaps because it's too expensive?), then attempt to book it and are unable to without my intervention.
If this is the case, I applaud the coding, because the fact I received an email was awesome, but I just wanted to type this out and ensure it's what's happening?
