Is there a way to filter for a blank tax id? Meaning I would be able to send out an automatic email requesting the info from the appropriate customers?

I have created a filter for you called Tax Exempt. Please run it and see if this is what your looking for it to do. Right now I have it set for Events starting in the next 14 day and it's pulling 7 that are showing they are tax exempt without the tax exempt field not entered. You can adjust the event start date to what you want it to be.

That sounds great, but I feel like I am blind! I don't see a filter labeled "Tax Exempt"

The filter was created under the admin account, I have shared it w/ you. Go ahead and see if it's there for you now.
