Adding delivery and pick up window to qoutes, confirmations and google calendar

Hello,
I would like to add the delivery & pick-up widows to quotes and confirmation/contract emails.
I would also like to alter the google calendar links to include that information.

You can add the *fullsetupwindow* and *fulltdownwindow* variables to those pages to get the information. I believe those are the right windows.
