our header variable on the invoice is pulling the logo from jump around, not elfpros. how can we fix this? I deleted the variable for now.

Go to Account preferences and be sure your Elf Pros logo is uploaded under Logo URL

Yes it is uploaded and was uploaded correctly but not showing correctly on the email invoice or invoice link within lead. The email invoice was showing Jump around logo, so I removed that the variable to be blank. The link in the lead invoice is showing the IO logo.

Ok, it is still happing. Just saw it on the email receipts with the header variable. I deleted the variable from the email template but would still like to use the header when it is working properly. thanks
