website not working on certain networks

Hello,

I can't pull up my website on certain networks and on others it works really well. I'm assuming it's a security issue. Are there are any settings I can change so it works on all networks?

It’s at my job at the hospital. It seems like the wireless won’t let me connect to the site. So I was thinking it was a security issue. I’ve tried on chrome and safari.

Is it only at the hospital that you are having this issue? Do you get a specific error message? If so, can you send us a screenshot so we can look into this matter further?

So far it's just been at the hospital.

It seems like it is a firewall through the hospital's network that is keeping you from connecting to your site. Try to connect through the hospital's guest network. Everything is coming up normal on my end.
