can we tell the system not to bring team back but wait at the event

We do event far away. We send a team the day before the event and the come back the day after.
So, in the exemple below, i set up the delivery window and return window for the previous day and the next day.

Problem is, when i go in the delivery planner; it automatically create a return to warehouse the day before the event and have the team go back and return the day after.
Is there a way to prevent this ?
