I recently added a couple of e-mail addresses for alerts and we got a booking but I did not receive any alerts for the company address that was set up. Both of the new addresses received them. What happened?

Good morning, George!

In order to receive the emails, you will have had to list all email addresses (including your company email address) that you wanted the alerts sent to. I have added your company email to your alerts, so you should also receive those, too. Let us know if you need further assistance!
