I am trying to identify Customers who have Organization name, but do not have a task of Follow up on event planner email. assigned to them. I want to create a report of their contact information and export it.

Report:

Name the filter and report what makes sense to you. I named it A1 | Delete to make it easier for me to find and delete after making this.

Thanks Chad is there anyway to search the task description for Customers not Leads?

I guess it would depend on where the task is assigned. If you assign the task to the customer and not the lead you could do this same thing but change the filter and report type to customer and the change lead organization to contact Organization.

But if the task is assigned to a lead then it probably won't capture on the customer profile. Just a guess, you could try it out.
