I have a developer taking a look.
I have a developer taking a look.
The issue appears to be caused by rental descriptions being created outside of the Description box in IO and then being copy/pasted into the description box.
Other text editors can do weird things, but our description box acts as a full rich-text editor and should be able to accommodate any formatting needs.
I've included screenshots of opening up the "code view" of the descriptions and circled the button that lets you look at this. An easy solution would be to copy/paste it from the code view into chatGPT (the free version should be able to take care of it without problem) and ask it to strip out any unnecessary/repeated formatting.
Basically the issue is that wordpress can only handle so much information on the page and while it seems counter-intuitive, we have each rental's product description as part of the hidden background data on all of our category pages.
So:
-run a force sync
And you should be operating as per usual.
Attached are pictures from the Stiltwalker description with code view enabled ~
For more help we offer several solutions:
Support Package: Get dedicated support for $100/month.
Developer Hours: Hire our developers at $150/hour for ad-hoc assistance.
Knowledge Base: Access free articles, tutorials, and guides to resolve issues independently.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We appreciate your understanding and aim to provide the best support possible
