Need a contract that is specific for pickup and delivery

Leads that chose pickup are getting contracts that state their items are being delivered and those with deliveries have pickup info is there a way to have the necessary contracts go out to the right leads as well as reminder emails stating the right info?

Yes, Nate, this can be done. It takes a little bit of magic (lines of code hidden in your contract template), but you can customize your contract to have information related to delivery types, individual items, locations, and other variables. The simple part you are asking for can be set up by IO support, but to do the really cool stuff, you need to learn some basics of coding or get in with the right people in the Inflatable Office Users group on Facebook. The same thing applies to emails.

Hello Nate,

This can be set up like Casey said with a conditional statement created in your contract template code. If you let us know which information should not display for deliveries vs what should not display for pickups, we can help get this set up to hide certain info based on the delivery type.

When the lead chooses pickup we would like that delivery info not be sent out. The leads who choose pickup are getting confused as we are sending inaccurate information to them stating we are delivering.

Nate I have added a filter to the event reminder email to not send to pickup orders.
