Email server down
Outlook not working and apparently has to do with IO hosting my email server. I asked a few days ago how to add new employee chuck crenshaw chuck@superfun.lol. I am tom@superfun.lol but now I am not found by Microsoft to log in to outlook.
Your directions require explanation.
We've setup your email account.
You'll be able to access your email via webmail (and change passwords) here:
yourwebsite.com/webmail/
And also access it via your preferred email client (outlook, apple, gmail) using the below.
Finally, it should be setup in IO here under SMTP for your main company email:

Incoming Server: m45.siteground.biz
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: m45.siteground.biz
SMTP Port: 465
The same problem
I have updated Chuck's email info in the software. I also was able to send emails through...there doesn't seem to be any issues w/ the email server itself. Are you having issues logging into Outlook? You will have to use the credentials sent to you by Shirley to do this.
