I don't have a send button on the chat with support widget

I logged in as you and was able to send to myself?? it's the gray arrow on bottom

That was a trial (for us) on the chat. It doesn't look like it's turned on for anyone right now.

It's up right now for us to check again. See if it gives you the option to send now. I actually think you will only see it during our business hours! I was thinking Joel turned it back off because it wasn't working the way we had hoped! Let me know

It's working for me...can you send a screenshot of what you see after a search? I will have to show a developer. When I am logged in under your username it's working for me of course

From developer: It is most likely something with the browser you are using. It looks like there is an update, and also a lot of different add-ons installed. I would first try updating the browser, and if that doesn't fix it, disable the browser add-ons and see if one of them are causing an issue with chat.
