Urgent website issue

We are having an urgent issue with our website. Then get a quote button is going to a broken page. And when you go to the inventory to add it to the shopping cart it keeps saying it's unavailable and the price is zero. Please assist as soon as possible. Thank you

so it looks it might be something to do with the timeslots.... it is now showing 9 to 5 which is the one time slot for the other business. the price will show zero for those hours as jump around does not do an 8 hour time slot.

elfpros business was only showing jump around timeslots and now jumparound is showing elfpros timeslots apparently. Also I removed the option to select times on a page/template under elfpros but it seems to changed on jump around?

I was just talking to a developer about the timeslot issue. They said "the client needs to manually hit save on all of his inventory items for this site." I was trying to get more clarification on what the heck that meant LOL In the meantime. If you aren't using the ELF site any longer...do you want me to remove those time slots and see if we can get these to update w/ their own slots??

I did just remove the elf time slot. The right time slots are showing now when you go to the "book now" or "get a quote" button. However the issue now seems to be with the shopping cart. When click on the shopping cart icon it does not let you choose a time window and when you go under an inventory item and click the shopping cart it adds it to the cart and say's $0.

I have no idea what it means to hit "save" for all the inventory items on the site. Do I do that through IO, Wordpress?

I know...same. I am trying to get clarification but I also have someone looking at the cart issue for you as well...since most likely two separate issues.

Still, no one can get a quote or book on the site. just looking for a solution. This is our busiest booking time of the year with our busiest season in October. Thanks for your urgent help.

I went in and saved every item this morning in the software....waiting to hear from developers when they get in the next step..I will keep you posted on what I hear

Anyway we can expedite this? If not is there a way to put a message on our website because it's turning customers away. It's saying all inventory is unavailable on any day. So customers are leaving thinking what they want is not available. On top of that it is still saying the price is zero as well as telling them nothing is available.

I just got an update on the ticket...I was going over to take a look. It looks like things are fixed? Let me take a look

Yes the website now seems to be fixed. The issue remaining is elf pro's location doesn't seem to be used in the proper context. Workers getting email saying to meet at elf crows location instead of Jump Around location. We did have an issue with people calling to jump around phone number and getting the elf pros voicemail but that seems to be fixed since I deleted the elf pros voice mailbox I'll figure that out later
