Why are customers 11519481, 11517195, 11514873 among others not receiving their automated responses to quotes> I can't keep up manually checking these.

Also, we don't understand so much of the new systems. Will their be some training opportunities at IAAPA? For example, we requested an email setup for new employee, Chuck Crenshaw but do not understand what to do to implement this.

We are resending the email info for Chuck. Taking a look at the lead examples for the quote emails!

Thank you but resending info of information which we do not understand is no help. And I am still wondering why my customer quote requests are requiring me to take action to respond rather than auto response.

We are looking into the email issue for the quotes.


The email the web developers are sending you will give the info for Chuck to login to his email. Also, this can be entered under his email settings under his worker profile. Let us know if you need help with this
