When you select a lead from the Leads Page, on the top right corner you should see a code but I was able to replicate the issue you are experiencing. We are still working on getting this working and will keep you updated.

Thank you! One more question, how do I make the waiver not taxed? I am switching from another software and trying to move over a few orders I got while waiting to get this one live

Go to your Settings-->Promo/Fees go to your Damage Waiver and uncheck the tax
