Workers App Feature

I think it would be awesome to have these features added to the workers app:
1: When workers login, they start being tracked for the hours worked.
2: A feature in IO Dashboard which shows tasks completed by workers, i.e. loaded, delivered, picked up, etc.
Does anyone else agree?
I like this idea
I think it will be hard for 1 to happen. Most people don't want to knowingly let an app see their location at all times. Plus that doesn't seem to really be helpful in tracking hours. Maybe I'm missing something.
the second option is intriguing but IDK how necessary it would be for most people. What's the use of it?
