Payment declined email sent

Hello, I’ve been receiving several emails and text from leads stating they received an email that they payment was declined. Lead #11311893, 11064127 and 10417739. When I check, the payment has been accepted. Do you know why these declined emails are being sent. Thanks

Go to Settings-->Payments and for these leads it does show that their payments were denied then accepted.

Thanks for the quick reply. Would I need to go through my credit card company to see why it declined then accepted or is this within IO software?

On the lead under the payment section there's a spot that says "Show hidden" click this and it will show you the declines...hover over "declined" and it will show you the reason
