Unable to set workers Pay Rate

I am currently unable to set each workers pay rate. I used to see each workers pay rate per position but now I don't see the positions or rates. HELP!

To be clear, I can see the workers just not their specific rates per position. We have a ton of entertainment positions that we use shifts to assign them and I can't update their rates as needed.

Marcus, I was taking a look at this. Can you give me a couple examples of workers you are trying to work on? It's important that when you are editing other workers accounts that they do not have more locations, permissions, or permissions than yourself...if so, you won't have access to all their info.

so I think we found the work around. The entertainers have different permissions than certain other workers that need to view their pay rates. What we found was in order to view their pay rate we had to give at a bare minimum the same permissions as each performer, if even 1 box wasn't checked it won't show their rates.
