Quote Request Form - changes and adding CAPTCHA

On our quote request form, is there a way to add a CAPTCHA that the customer will have to check before sending in a request?
Also, on ours, are we able to remove both the tax exempt check box and the "delivery type" selection? I want those to be back-end options and not give that option to customers.

The Re Captcha has been added
Looks like you have removed the tax exempt and Delivery questions...but to be able to put through a quote request the delivery type has to be added. We can hide this and have every lead default to same type?
