Filter for certain categories only

I am trying to set up a filter in my Inventory so i would see only certain categories but i am not able.
In fact, need to exclude the following categories; main d'oeuvre and workforce

I switched up the filter to "does not contain" as well as the "Or" to "And"--it seems to be working better

Take a look at the MAJ filter...you should be able to copy what I did
