If you are wanting a generic copy of your rental agreement, you would need to create a fake lead with generic information added. You could add the customer name as 'Customer Name" address line could be a fake address. You will also want to either add a rental item to the lead. Change the lead status to contracted and then at the bottom of the lead page, click the Contract link to view the contract. You can then download the fake contract as a PDF.
There is no way to download a blank contract as the lead information is needed for a contract to generate.
