load list not correct for multiple surface order

Today on truck 1 the load list did not show the 4 sandbags required for the mini basketball allstar game that is one of several items on an order. the main order is set up for grass but this one item is set to hard surface. On the individual packing list the sandbags show, but not on the delivery tab on the worker site that we use to load. The sandbags are missing under the grouped packing list. this is lead 31714973
