IO reviews are not loading to me website. Only the first 2 from May. How can I fix this?

I have IO auto send a survey to each completed customer. I have gotten several reviews back in my email, but they are not showing on my site, only the first 2 from May.

Go to Settings-->Reviews in the software. Click on each review and make the ones active that you want to show on the site
