When I click on contracts tab the address bar says about:blank and does not load

Can you try to shut your computer down and restart and try, we are not having this issue?

I have tried shutting down multiple times, had Xfinity come out twice to be certain not an internet problem, had Geek squad three times try to find out why I cannot access my IO webmail (address bar says about: Blank when logging in), now contracts will not load on:

1) my desktop, which is ethernet connected directly to a new modem Xfinity installed to solve this issue.

2) my laptop, which is WIFI connected

3) My accountant (anne@superfun.lol) had no trouble accessing her email until she arrived at my office and connected to my superfun WIFI.
