I'm new to IO. I sent a contract out and there is no option to electronically sign it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you send the contract link or the quote link? If you sent the contract link did you upgrade the status to contracted first?

Could be what Chad suggested but I would need a lead id to be sure. It also sounds like the contract could be requiring payment first. There is a setting on the contract page under Settings-->Pages/Templates, which you have enabled for require payment first, this hides the signature tool until a payment/deposit is made. I've attached a screenshot of the setting.
