Browser Notifications Don't work

I have enabled browser notifications for sms and email. When I receive a new SMS, nothing happens. When I refresh the browser the bell then gets an updated number but the browser never notifies me.


I checked my browser notifications settings and it seems to be allowed. I'm using Microsoft Edge.


I also added the browser notification in chrome on my mobile phone and set the settings to allow and I don't get anything there either. In both cases I have to refresh the browser for the bell to even update the number dot.

I should also mention. I'm using the worker settings. Here are screenshots of my settings

Also, under general preferences, mine says I don't have access to the module to enable. But I can I'm workers.

To add to the ticket. An employee, Vince, send a couple of text to customers and their response did not show on his notification bell in IO.

It's not working. i sent myself a text. I waited 10 minutes. With no notification. Changed pages in IO and nothing. REFRESHED the page and then it showed on the bell. but NEVER got the notification in the browser. Seems like this is not real time and if I have to refresh the page it doesn't do me any good either.


Talking to Greg Harkins, he notices this same issue with text and email but everything else seems to work for him. I only have text and email on my bell.

It looks like there could be a possible issue with connections not being made to your browser. Please try clearing your cookies on Edge and seeing if the problem persists. Also, are you noticing any issues with IO Phone as well?

The main notice is that calls coming in Don't notify me in real time I have to refresh the browser

Ok, clearing browser data helped the real-time notifications on the bell still no browser notifications and the incoming call issue seems fixed.


However, If I miss answering a call, the alert doesn't show in my notification trey either.
