big issue with IO phone texting
Not a Problem
We sent some mass texts with links to customer's contracts, and all are wrong. 15 customers all got bad links. please advise ASAP
The batches were sent out at 2:13 and 2:17
To clarify, we check-marked each of the leads we wanted to text, chose 'text', entered the info at the top on the drop-down io phone thing, and then used the template 'text contract' which works fine when sent individually.
The same problem 
It's been almost a week with no reply. We use this feature often and need to ensure the URL's are parsed properly. Looking a the screenshots, you can see that they included weird stuff like "&Amp" instead of "&"
