I want to run a short promotion where if they rent two of the same item, they get a discount on the second. I am playing around with filters and promotions, but can’t seem to find a way to do this. Any help?to be clear, I want it to automatically recalculate the shopping cart before quoting too

I created two promotions: one legacy and one that isn’t legacy. It looks like the one that isn’t legacy is the only one that applies to order.

It won't apply on the cart...it wont' show up until they get to the quote confirm page
