Automations for Inventory

Is there a way to trigger automations based on inventory? Here's some filter examples I would use in order to trigger internal texts and/or emails for inventory needs:
- Date of Last Annual Inspection (custom date field) greater than 300 Days ago
- Consumable Item running low on inventory
- Vendor changes availability (or pricing...)

We can make rental based filters for the inspection date and consumable items if they are below a specific quantity. But the automations are lead based and would be unable to use the filters.
You could run an inventory report with the filters created and gather the information that way.
We wouldn't be able to create a filter based off of the vendor changes.
