It would be awesome if you could reset the kb help bar back to how it used to work. It used to be that when I typed a search into the bar, if I didn't find an answer I could click, II still need help and it would open a new ticket window with the subject line already filled in with my search query. Now I have to click 100x just to request a ticket.
