Shopping Cart, the area where youre supposed to see your subtotal, does not show it

I’m finding that my customers wouldn’t be able to see their grand total when they view their shopping cart, how do I fix this?

This is not a cart. It is a quote form. While IO has started to precalculate some things like distance and date into pricing, there are a lot of conditions you can add that doesn't happen instantaneously so the customer has to click "get a quote" for IO to process everything and generate the final price.

Reactivating this conversation. It would make more sense if they could see the quote price before filling out all of their information.

The only thing you can do is add the price to description and customers can see a price there, but not a total. The point of the quote is to at least get a lead that you can follow up on if they don't book.

I’m getting feedback from my customers that they want to see total in the cart. Is that a feature we can expect to get soon?

I would not expect the quote form page to change in this way. It is designed to collect all needed information to generate a full quote. Customers are able to see item prices in their cart when they have an event date set, though.
