Recovery Times for Rentals

Hi,
Where is recovery time located? It used to be under advance feature of the rentals. now it's not there. I want a 2-3 hours recovery time for certain items and a 24 hour recover time for some others.

It was hidden for structure items because recovery time didn't work for them yet. I have added it back as we now support recovery time on structure items.
