How to make an item Delivery-only

I am looking for a way to ensure that if an item (Bubble Ball Game) is added to my cart, it is delivery only. Likewise, if anything else is added to the cart, that that becomes delivery only. How do I do this?

You can put a restriction on the customer pickup delivery method. This would give the customer an error when getting quote or autobooking (you can choose) that the item cannot be quoted/booked on that delivery type. To do this go to Settings-->Delivery Methods-->Customer Pick-up-->Restrictions
