Can't sign contracts or submit quote requests when on office network

For at least a few months, we have not been able to sign contracts and POs while logged in to our office internet. It's a weird problem, but no big deal. Now, with our new website, https://wildbills.com/, we are using an Elementor form to create leads. It doesn't create leads if we submit it while connected to our office internet. Some customers also seem to be blocked from creating leads.
Any idea what is going on?

We took at a look at your report you are using for the lead view...this doesn't seem to be blocking any new leads from coming through. But you may also want to remove that report when you are searching for a recently saved event as well...make sure this isn't keeping something from showing. The developers are saying this: If that isn't the issue, they may need to contact their office IT department. The Office internet firewall may be blocking communication with our servers.
