Emails not sending through IO

I am receiving an error every time I send a client an email, and its telling me to check my preferences. We have had no issues sending emails up until the last week or so.

Hello Brittany,

When I checked you email preferences, I am seeing warning messages for both the "Test Login" and "Test SPF". I would recommend following the suggestions the system provides, sometimes you can get away with emails still sending out even if you get a warning message from one of the test buttons, but usually I warn Users that you may experience intermittent issues if these settings aren't corrected.

Thank you! I updated the setting for now, it went through. If anything changes I will reach back out
