Quote Emailing Broken

Hey,
Every time we send out quotes from IO, it screws up the formatting. Please find the attached reference image. Could you please tell me how to fix this, if possible maybe do it for one of the locations we have.

The same problem 
You could go to Settings-->Pages/Templates-->Quote Confirm and/or Quote Confirm Email. Load in the default template. This will load in the IO default template which would change the formatting back to the original form. Once you do this you can make any changes if needed to the variables.
