in the task status options can we get a cancelled option added to the drop down?
we sometimes get a client need to cancel something we had tasked or we have already done something that we had tasked with another lead but we dont need to do that task any longer so we cancel that task.. right now we use completed.
example
we mark and order in march for something we need to do and have ready in july (order extra bar top table)
but we get a job in april that needs an extra bar top so we buy in then, we no longer need to do it in july so we want to cancel it since we have solved that issue...
