Distance Charges are being calculated incorrectly

My distance charges for an event are being calculated incorrectly. I service the area in question very often and its usually a $20 distance charge per my settings. For some reason a booking in the same area is now coming up $275 distance charge. Why is the happening? How can I fix this? TIA

It looks like the address was not calculating correctly because it was listed as County Route and not County Road. We adjusted this and the distance charge of $20 applied.
