Having trouble logging into the IO app. Getting Error (code 25) Is the app down?

Hi Frank!

We ask our users to use their internet browser to run IO on their mobile devices. The app is no longer being updated with our new software.

Do you have to be kidding right? Is there any way to still use the app with it old software?

Also, will there be an update in the future to use the app? I rely heavily on solely the app for jobs

We have moved from using the app on devices to making the software mobile friendly on a browser. This way you can still use IO on your mobile device through Google, Safari etc. There is no plan to update the app in the near future.

not sure how this is seen as an easier process.

address can't be sent with click of button

when customer calls and you're on a job site have to log into a browser instead of clicking an app checking availability finding addresses etc basically moving backwards to writing everything on paper again.

How were we not made aware of this change?

The app switched over about 2 years ago and the original app has not been maintained since there.. info has been out for along time about the app changes...


i would suggest you send IO your things you would like the new app to do since it is the one they are advancing.. i do the same thing when i find a feature id like to have back or included in someway in the new IO WORKERS app
