Online Quote page not working

Hello! I’ve had this for a few months now. Some wedding planners I work with say that they are not able to open the online quote request page.

Do you know what might be the issue? Attached is a photo of their message.

Do you know what link they are using and where they got it from? Looking at the url on that...it doesn't seem correct. Here's the link for the quote page: https://rental.software/quotes/quoteme.php?name=Kona+Event+Rentals+LLC

Hi Susan. I would send them that link and it would do the same thing. They try to go on it through our website alap but it doesn’t work for them. with every device I use I have no issues.

Yeah I try through the site or just that link I sent above and both are working. I would try sending the link I sent again and be sure they are using the correct one. Also, if you can get more info about what errors they are getting when trying to click on the quote page on the site...because it all seems to be working for us.

They still can’t get it to work. It’s a few wedding planners and the links on our website aren't working on any of their phones or computers. 

Shows a blank page:

I have a developer taking a look to see if maybe it's something on their network blocking? Will keep you posted

Since the site is only opening in 'in cognito' mode, it's likely they have a setting or plugin in their browser that is causing the issue. They can try to disable plugins until they find the culprit. They should also try clearing their cache. https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
