Online Quote page not working

Hello! I’ve had this for a few months now. Some wedding planners I work with say that they are not able to open the online quote request page.
Do you know what might be the issue? Attached is a photo of their message.

They still can’t get it to work. It’s a few wedding planners and the links on our website aren't working on any of their phones or computers.

Since the site is only opening in 'in cognito' mode, it's likely they have a setting or plugin in their browser that is causing the issue. They can try to disable plugins until they find the culprit.
