So I wanted to make a loyalty program for certain customers. Basically after 3 bookings they automatically get 10% off every future booking. Is there a way to make the system to automatically do this for me?

You can make a filter that has a customer lead count greater than 3 but I think that would include quotes and cancelled leads. So there's that.

You can create a legacy promotion/fee. This would allow you to set the "trigger" for the customer that they must have had 3 events:
