Why is my accidental damage waiver not appearing as an addon option when customer creates a quote or a booking?

When you say add on, do you mean the checkbox?

I had the checkbox but for some reason it wasn't showing it to the clients. Let me check now that Gabrielle added it.

I have the damage waiver added to your checkout page, if there is any verbiage you'd like next to it please provide and we can help get that added as well.

Thank you Gabrielle, I created a fake lead and was able to check it off on the checkout page, however, it’s still not adding the fee to the total due. See photo please.

Can you please add the verbage "Would you like to purchase our Damage Waiver? For 7% of your total rental costs we will waive any damage that happens to our equipment during your possession of said equipment, excluding intentional damage or theft"

Anyway you can fix mine. I click the box but it doesn't add the price. And it's not on my checkout page. Same verbiage but 10% instead. Thank you!!
