Is there a way to separate items with free delivery and items where delivery is additional?
For example, any order with an inflatable, delivery is included up to a certain distance, which we have rules set up for.
However, if someone is just getting tables and chairs, delivery is additional.
How do we address this for orders booked completely by customer online?

There isn't really a way to separate them, some users have created an additional fee to apply in these cases. For example maybe setup a fee called Table and Chair Delivery and could be built to apply to orders with only table and chairs.
